Aztec tackles build-out for med supplies manufacturer
|
The Aztec Corporation recently addressed the business and design needs of its client, Kendall International, a leading worldwide manufacturer and distributor of disposable medical products, which was consolidating its space into a more efficient office configuration. Located at 6 Commerce Drive in Cranford, N J, Kendall International was strategically determined to reduce its space by half, and retained Aztec to reconfigure the new space it planned to occupy at the Mack-Cali facility.
The Aztec team for this fast track assignment was lead by Charles O. Logan Jr., president, who also provided the design solution.
Curtis Foster of Cushman & Wakefield was the broker and Sweetwater Construction was the general contractor for Kendall's new space.
"Our team provided Kendall International with a quick turnaround and a highly efficient space design along with the complete project management of all phases of construction, furniture reconfiguration, voice data and physical move coordination," said Logan. "We are pleased to have successfully met their business objectives while also producing a design solution that allowed their current operations to continue during the construction, relocation and consolidation process." |
